Job Description

About the
Role:
As a Tool Crib Attendant for Next Industries at our client site, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and have access to the products needed for their industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. An understanding of maintenance parts would be helpful. Strong organizational skills desired.
What You Will Do:
Crib operations: Execute crib functions including product receiving (checking for accuracy and condition), put away, picking, inventory control, housekeeping, etc.
Inventory Control:
Conduct inventory control processes at customer location to ensure accurate inventory counts through cycle counts, audits, and system updates to ensure high inventory accuracy. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping errors and material storage issues.
Product knowledge:
Develop in-depth understanding of products supplied to customers to be able to answer customer questions and specify product solutions.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with client company procedures, safety policies, and operational standards across warehouse activities.
What We Look For:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Computer proficiency, preferred Customer Service experience with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Warehouse experience with safety compliance Tool Crib experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.

Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
