E3 XPS is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Exhibit Inventory Associate to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in details, and wants to be part of the action behind trade shows and live event environments. At E3 XPS, you'll be a part of building world-class trade show exhibits! Exhibit Inventory Associates perform multiple labor tasks including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse organized and safe. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical mind, be very organized, and have high attention to detail. Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and check in trade show exhibits, display materials, signage, and event equipment from clients and vendors Accurately pick, pack, and stage booth components for upcoming shows according to event orders and deadlines Load and unload freight, including crates, cases, and palletized exhibit materials Conduct pre-show and post-show audits of client inventory; document condition of materials and flag damage Unload, sort, and put away inventory in designated storage locations Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (as applicable) Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory audits Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations Report damaged, defective, or missing items to supervisors Assist with loading outbound shipments and verifying documentation Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies Other service department duties as requested
What We're Looking For:
