Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday (In Office) Join Our Team Are you organized, dependable, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly? All City Management Services (ACMS) is looking for a Part-Time Shipping & Receiving Representative to support our operations by ensuring our field teams receive the equipment and supplies they need to help Keep Kids Safe. In this role, you'll manage inventory, prepare shipments, organize supplies, and work closely with our operations team to support School Crossing Guards across our service areas. What You'll Do Reports directly to the Resource Technology Manager Communicate inventory quantity needs at Kansas branch office to ensure the minimum required levels of all supplies are on hand which includes but is not limited to items such as vests, hats, visors, stop signs, handbooks, whistles, lanyards, ponchos. Ensure that orders are complete and shipped and delivered in a timely manner. Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders. Resolve issues regarding shipped orders at the purview of the Resource Technology Manager. Maintain the organization of the on-site storage area. Supply Request preparation and shipment. Maintain office equipment, order, and stock office supplies. Forms; ensure current and in stock What We're Looking For Organized and detail-oriented. Reliable with strong time management skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude with excellent communication skills. Able to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines. Willing to ask questions and seek direction when needed. Customer service mindset when supporting employees and field staff. Physical Requirements This position requires regular standing, walking, sitting, bending, lifting, reaching, and preparing shipments throughout the day.
Applicants should be able to:
Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Frequently bend, twist, kneel, squat, and reach overhead. Use standard office equipment and shipping materials.
