Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to assist with maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse operations. This is an entry-level position and is a good opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable using computers, and interested in learning inventory and warehouse processes. The Inventory Clerk will work with the warehouse and inventory team to receive, count, locate, and track products while helping ensure inventory records remain accurate. Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, count, and verify incoming inventory.
- Enter and update inventory information in the company's inventory system.
- Assist with locating and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory received, moved, and shipped.
- Perform routine inventory counts and spot checks.
- Help identify and report inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with periodic physical inventory counts.
- Work with warehouse team members to ensure products are stored in the correct locations.
- Prepare basic inventory reports as requested.
- Operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment when trained and authorized.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and inventory processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to communicate and work well with others.
- Ability to stay organized while completing routine tasks.
- Previous inventory or warehouse experience is helpful but not required . Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience with computerized inventory systems is a plus; training will be provided.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements
- Ability to work at a computer or workstation for portions of the day.
- Ability to regularly walk and move throughout a warehouse environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
- Must be able to bend, reach, and access inventory stored at various heights.
- Ability to safely perform warehouse-related tasks as required. Benefits
