Inventory Clerk

New England Coffee is one of the largest independent Coffee Roasters in the Northeast. Located in Malden, MA, we not only service our community with the best coffee around but our coffee can be found in retail store locations around the country.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

To perform the Inventory Clerk job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Inventory Control:

Maintains accurate inventory levels and performs stock checks & cycle counts. Completes year-end inventory counts, and cycle counting as needed.

Customer/Internal Support:

Identify, locate, and provide parts to technicians or customers.

Ordering & Procurement:

Place orders with vendors, track shipments, and process special orders for parts and equipment.

Data Entry & Reporting:

Use D365 & Power BI Reports to view and update safety stocks and pricing.

Shipping & Receiving:

Serves as the back-up to primary Shipping & Receiving, which includes processing incoming inventory and preparing outgoing shipments or returns. Education and Experience:

The minimum requirements below are representative of the education and experience required to perform this job successfully. High school diploma or GED A minimum of two years of warehouse experience working on coffee, tea and beverage equipment or related field preferred
