The Inventory Clerk works closely with Purchasing, Finance, and Operations to provide accurate data to assist with daily business decisions. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy across multiple locations and supporting operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Update inventory records in the system (quantities, locations, item details) Initiate cycle count process and make system adjustments as appropriate Transfer inventory between locations within the system Perform routine cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory counts Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain accurate item master data, including units of measure and location assignments Assist with receiving inventory and verifying quantities against purchase orders Ensure proper documentation for all inventory transactions Communicate inventory issues to Purchasing, Finance, and Operations teams Support process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency Maintain organized inventory storage areas and ensure proper labeling Support administrative tasks as needed, including preparing and filing documents Coordinate communications between departments Maintain inventory logs and spreadsheets Put away deliveries and organize incoming inventory Assist with purchase order processing Provide general clerical support to Purchasing, Finance, and Operations What You'll Bring Qualifications/Skills Data input proficiency Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong communication skills Physical Requirements Requires the physical ability to bend, stand, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds What We Offer 9 paid holidays Paid vacation Paid sick time Employer-matched 401(k) Employer-paid life insurance Optional supplemental life insurance Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
