Job Description

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
This position will be responsible for tracking and receiving the company's inventory. The major focus of this role is to ensure accurate inventory records to support the operational workflow. Essential Functions Conducting daily physical counts and audits of inventory Labeling items Updating the ERP/Warehouse management system with inventory data Assist with receiving, inspecting, and transferring audits Planned low-level stock checks Documenting damages, shortages, or overages Non-essential Duties and Responsibilities Ad hoc duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Previous experience in inventory, warehousing, or production environment preferred Desirable Knowledge, Skills & Experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams) Proven Ability/knowledge to work in fast pace, high-volume environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to lift. The employee is occasionally required to walk, bend, reach, and multitask. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is a standard warehouse. The employee may be exposed to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the warehouse environment can be loud. Correct usage of appropriate personal protective equipment, such as safety boots, is required.
