Job Description

Knowledge Understanding of inventory control principles, including receiving, stock rotation, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising practices. Familiarity with cannabis regulations, product categories, and compliance requirements is an asset. Understanding of loss prevention and inventory security practices. Skills and Abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Dependable, punctual, and accountable for assigned responsibilities. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 kg (55 lbs). Ability to move inventory using carts, pallet jacks, or other approved equipment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as stocking, counting, and labeling products. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
