About the role We are seeking motivated, driven, detail orientated team members to join our team. We are hiring for inventory specialists to get our retail store looking impeccable each and everyday. We do not have a set start date, or a planned opening date at this time. However, we plan on filling our pipeline and selecting the individuals who we feel would be the best representation of our company. Responsibilities Managing all tasks related to receiving, stocking, distributing, and reporting cannabis products. Reporting all necessary inventory and product information in compliance with state laws and regulations. Pick up and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. Controlling inventory levels, ordering products, and ensuring adequate stock. Stocking the inventory wall with products overnight. Our wall's are tall, so the ability to climb a hanging ladder is required. Complying with all documented security procedures to safeguard inventory. Performing regular inventory audits and reconciling inventory information. Candidate Requirements Highly organized - inventory team members will have to track and report on all products coming and going from your dispensary. Knows how to use a variety of software - they'll be working with spreadsheets, dispensary compliance software, and state reporting platforms, like Metrc. METRC expirience required. Mathematically minded. A background in inventory management (at a dispensary or other retail) is ideal. In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods Minimum 21 years of age Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID Must pass any required background checks

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
