Warehouse Associate - $20/HR - 3rd Shift Job Description Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in managing inventory, shipping, and receiving tasks. You will work collaboratively to ensure that orders are efficiently processed and that products are accurately scanned, packed, and shipped to their correct destinations. Responsibilities Take orders, prioritize them, and ensure timely dispatch. Collaborate with team members to store parts correctly and maintain inventory. Familiarize yourself with all products, tools, and items on the shelves. Scan parts, count inventory, and ensure accurate shipping. Ensure parts are packed correctly and shipped to the right address. Utilize ERP systems for inventory management. Use RF scanners daily for accurate inventory tracking. Pick parts from the warehouse, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Physically verify and audit parts for accuracy and inspect for damage or rust. Package parts according to standards and consolidate them as needed. Prepare outbound shipments by verifying, staging, and inspecting units. Document and upload necessary photos for outbound quality inspections. Manage receiving tasks and verify shipments using ERP Oracle system. Conduct inventory cycle counts both physically and within the system. Essential Skills Proficiency in ERP systems. Experience with RF scanners. Inventory control experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and packaging. Additional Skills & Qualifications Warehouse math skills. Experience with material handling, including reach truck and forklift operations. Positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes.
