Inventory Associate

Job Description:

We are Partify Inc., North America's leading painted to match automotive body parts manufacturing company. We are looking for enthusiastic, positive, and hardworking individuals to join our team at our warehouse in Warren, MI!

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, day shift only. No evening shift, no weekend shift, and no night shift.

Pay:

$17.00 per hour, paid weekly. Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Prepare automotive body parts for production by sanding, polishing, and cleaning surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion. Mix and prepare paint materials according to company procedures and quality standards. Apply paint coatings to automotive parts using approved equipment and techniques. Inspect parts during and after the painting process to ensure quality, finish consistency, and defect prevention. Carefully package finished parts to prevent damage during storage and shipping. Safely and efficiently lift, move, and handle parts and materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory within the warehouse and production areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company safety standards. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and quality control guidelines. Immediately report any equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors. Support other production and warehouse tasks as needed to maintain workflow and efficiency.
