Job Description
The Inventory Associate will assist the Inventory manager by keeping track of the goods and supplies in the retail store. They will be responsible for accurately counting and documenting products in order to keep compliance and accurate counts of all inventories. Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business. Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count. Implementing loss prevention programs to prevent theft. Helping with the monthly audits of each location. Comparing in stock inventory to inventory in the system. Surprise check of inventory at each location for accuracy. Able to use a scanning system to check inventory. Able to accurately weigh flower to determine is correct stock. Able to count thousands of products in one day. Tagging and stocking products if needed.
