Schedule:
7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Inventory Associate to join our client's team in Duluth, GA. This position plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations through efficient handling of inventory processes. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming inventory, inspect materials for quality and accuracy, designate storage locations, and stock items efficiently. Pull inventory and assemble parts kits to fulfill manufacturing orders. Pick, pack, label, and ship parts to support service and spare-parts requests. Visually inspect incoming parts to verify proper delivery and documentation accuracy. Update inventory records, report discrepancies, and ensure records are accurate and current. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory area, ensuring shelves and storage spaces are properly maintained. Move materials to and from production work cells, supporting overall operational efficiency. Follow guidance from inventory, production, and operations leadership to meet daily goals. Assist with testing, packaging, and other operational tasks as needed to support team objectives.
Qualifications:
Ability to operate an order picker is required; forklift experience is preferred. Basic computer skills and familiarity with record-keeping systems. Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 30 pounds comfortably. Experience using hand tools and inspecting parts visually. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to support various operational areas as needed. Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively within a team.
