Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our inventory and our customers, providing expert advice on parts and accessories for outdoor equipment. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help ensure seamless sales transactions and outstanding customer service, supporting our mission to bring quality equipment and parts to our community. Duties Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories for their equipment needs Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems while handling cash, credit, or other payment methods Supply Service Technicians with parts as required for work order repairs Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, conducting inventory control, and updating records using inventory management software Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays Participate in all job related training and development Perform routine departmental housekeeping tasks Maintain condition of department inventory, tools, and equipment Verify receipting-in of shipments and assist with placing machine down and stock orders in their proper inventory locations Requirements At least 1 year of proven experience in dealership environments or parts counter roles Strong knowledge of diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and service procedures Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control and stock replenishment efficiently Ability to use standard desktop load applications and internet functions including retail math to handle pricing, discounts, and inventory calculations accurately Experience with POS systems, CMMS software, and inventory management tools is preferred Exceptional communication skills combined with friendly phone etiquette to assist customers professionally Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and excellent customer service standards Ability to work extended hours and Saturdays as needed Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
