Shift/Hours:
Monday•Friday (2:00pm•10:00pm) Weekly Paycheck Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for raw material and non-stock receipts, finished goods distribution and the coordination of material movement between warehouse and production areas. Responsible for inventory management and inventory control metrics in a 24/7 shop environment. Pulling material from warehouse for shop use and ensuring material is issued to correct location with all necessary information: position, serial number, removal reason, service sheet. Daily performing cycle counts to find and correct inconsistencies in inventory on hands. Weekly managing stockouts, including obtaining updated estimated times of arrival forpletely stocked out parts or parts low on stock. Forecasting material needs for inbound and in-shop lotives and pulling in any needed material in the timeliest and cost efficient manner. Arranging LTL and Expedite shipments using the Ryder portal as well as ensuring correct paperwork is attached to all shipments and correct BOLs are used for proper billing. Effectively using multiple software programs to order, receive, ship, and track material to and from the warehouse. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: High School Diploma/GED 2+ years working in a logistics or shipping/receiving environment Experience with Inventory Management Experience safely operating forklifts and other shop equipment Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
