About the Role The Order Fulfillment Technician keeps our wholesale order pipeline running on time and error-free. Based out of our facilities — not the dispensary — you'll maintain the schedule and up-to-date requirements for wholesale orders, then receive, process, package, and deliver those orders for both internal and external shipment. You'll manage finished-goods inventory from processing and storage through fulfillment, partner with the Logistics team on routing, and become an expert in our inventory tracking system. It's detail-driven work in an office, manufacturing, and warehouse environment where accuracy keeps our partners stocked and our operation compliant. What You'll Do Order Fulfillment & ShippingEvaluate, package, and stage all orders, ensuring the accuracy of every form and manifest.
Determine all product requirements and prepare the required paperwork.
Collaborate with the Logistics team on delivery routing and scheduling.
Inventory & ReportingManage the finished-goods inventory supply chain — from processing and storage through order fulfillment.
Generate and communicate accurate inventory reports and status updates to internal team members and wholesale partners on request.
Learn and master the order-fulfillment and inventory-management functions of the company inventory tracking system.
Workplace & TeamMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work efficiently and continually strive to increase productivity.
Maintain a culture of professionalism.
Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Fluency with inventory tracking or fulfillment computer software.
Detail-oriented, with consistently accurate counts and data entry.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to obtain and maintain a State Agent ID. Physical Requirements Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, and warehouse environment.
Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds daily. Compensation & Benefits $16.50-$18.00 per hour, non-exempt, commensurate with experience.
