Penmac Staffing is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support stockroom and inventory operations for a busy production facility that manufactures aluminum fishing boats and pontoons. This Inventory Clerk position is essential to keeping production running smoothly by ensuring materials are accurately received, tracked, and supplied to production teams. RequirementsPrevious inventory, warehouse, or stockroom experience preferredBasic computer skills, including inventory software and Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail and accuracy in record keepingAbility to read work orders, labels, and part numbersStrong organizational and time management skillsEffective communication skills and ability to work with production teamsForklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certificationAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levelsAbility to lift, carry, and move materials as requiredCandidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checkResponsibilitiesReceive, verify, and process incoming materialsIssue materials to production personnel based on work orders and build schedulesPerform daily cycle counts and assist with physical inventory auditsMaintain accurate inventory records within the inventory management systemOrganize and label stockroom shelving to support efficient material flowMonitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to leadershipOperate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materialsProcess returns and inventory adjustments for damaged or incorrect itemsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environmentSupport overall production goals through accurate inventory control practicesPhysical RequirementsStand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workdaySafely navigate stockroom aisles and production areasWork in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPerform material handling tasks while following all safety proceduresInterested candidates should apply online or contact Penmac Staffing in Lebanon, MO for more information.
