The Operational Support team plays a key role in ensuring The Only Facial stores and Corporate Office have the supplies, materials, and operational support needed to run efficiently. This position is responsible for assembling store materials, managing inventory fulfillment, completing supply deliveries, and performing operational errands that support day-to-day business functions. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple locations. This position may require occasional travel between corporate and store locations, as well as the ability to lift and transport supplies.
Requirements:
What You'll Do:
Assemble and prepare operational materials for stores, including gift boxes, aftercare kits, treatment room supplies, and promotional items. Fulfill store inventory requests by organizing, packing, and preparing supplies for delivery or pickup. Complete supply runs to retail and warehouse locations, including vendors such as Sam's Club, hardware stores, and other approved suppliers. Deliver supplies and operational materials to store locations as needed. Transport laundry and other operational materials to and from cleaning services. Assist with receiving, organizing, stocking, and maintaining inventory within the Corporate Office. Monitor inventory levels and notify leadership when replenishment is needed. Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas and workspaces. Support special projects, store openings, marketing initiatives, and other operational needs as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Who We're Looking For:
Required High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation for completing business-related errands. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Previous experience in operations, inventory, warehouse, logistics, or administrative support. Experience handling inventory management or fulfillment processes. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Dependable with a strong sense of accountability. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, are preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to load and unload supplies and equipment. Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for business-related travel. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
