Job Description
Job Summary The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for the organization and maintenance of warehouse inventory, receiving and verifying all parts. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Responsible for organization of warehouse inventory; pick up parts from vendors as necessary. Maintain and report outgoing and incoming parts to fleet manager for re-order. Performs scheduled maintenance on building and tools as required. Enters parts and outside Repairs into Fleet platform. Perform sanitation duties in and around fleet shop area. Must observe all Company safety rules and regulations. All other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be willing and able to frequently stand, walk, bend, crawl as well as push/pull items while working in a fast-paced environment of varying temperatures and with possible slippery surfaces. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Prior mechanical maintenance experience preferred. Communicates clearly in verbal and written form. Highly organized; superior time management skills. Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations; adaptable to changing situations. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers. Physical Demands Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, bend, and kneel. Frequently lifts up to 50 lbs. Occasionally must push, pull, move or lift up to 100 lbs. Regularly required reach with hands and arms. Work Environment Job functions will be carried out at a plant location, in plant shop, in plant warehouse and in company vehicle.
