Inventory Clerk

We are looking for an organized Inventory Clerk to support material accuracy and stock control for a Contract position in Graham, North Carolina. This role focuses on maintaining dependable inventory records, assisting production areas such as assembly lines, and helping ensure materials and assets are accounted for correctly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to inventory accuracy through routine tracking and physical counts.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records for materials, parts, and supplies.
• Support assembly line operations by ensuring required items are available and properly accounted for.
• Perform routine inventory tracking activities, including updates, reconciliations, and discrepancy research.
• Maintain asset inventory records and help verify the location and condition of assigned equipment.
• Participate in annual physical inventory counts and assist with cycle count preparation and follow-up.
• Investigate stock variances and work with internal teams to resolve count differences promptly.
• Organize storage areas to improve item visibility, control, and overall inventory efficiency.
