55189 If you are a current employee click here to apply. Job Description Inventory Control II Sealed Air is seeking a driven professional to fulfill our current opening in Lenoir, North Carolina. The position will be responsible for scheduling, purchasing and inventory management. The position requires the ability to execute cycle count programs; plan production line schedules and work closely with operations to get products to be available to ship on time; plan material requirements and place purchase orders to maintain a balanced approach with inventory and service. The role requires the ability to handle multiple projects, work independently and interact with all levels of management within the plant.
Pay:
$24.75 HR based on their experience and qualifications

  • Friday Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs.
  • Production Scheduling of film lines and converting products.
  • Physical cycle counting on the production floor
  • Posting cycle count adjustments
  • Primary focus on inventory accuracy
  • Daily production entry support
  • Material number setup and costing
  • Open order reporting
  • Label printing support for Coex
  • Silo checks and monitoring
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent Excellent oral and written communications skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff Self-motivated team player who can act with minimal direction Detail-oriented individual who is highly organized In-depth knowledge and experience with MRP systems (SAP a plus), VMI, and Kanbans Proficient in standard business office software Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Good analytical and math skills Skilled in problem solving/systems analysis Experience in industrial equipment assembly and metal fabrication industry. Additional work experience in related materials management fields (e.g. Logistics, Purchasing, Planning, or Inventory Control) Benefits and Perks
