Inventory Associate MODE Consignment Boutiuqe Raleigh, NC Job Details Full-time From $18 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Shopify E-commerce Full Job Description Inventory Associate Position Summary MODE is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate to manage the flow of inventory throughout our stores and online sales channels. This role is essential to ensuring inventory is accurately processed, merchandise is presented to company standards, and customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a multi-location position working onsite in both our Raleigh and Durham locations. Key Responsibilities As an Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for all inventory that flows through the doors of MODE, with support from the Inventory Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Price incoming merchandise accurately. Steam, tag, and prepare inventory for the sales floor when needed. Perform quality control inspections to ensure merchandise meets company standards. Process returns and manage damaged items. Assist at the consignment desk as needed. Support the sales floor and assist customers when needed. Photograph merchandise and add product details to Shopify. Link online inventory to alternate selling platforms. Monitor incoming online orders both in-store and remotely when scheduled. Pull merchandise for online orders or notify staff when an order requires attention. Process, package, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues to ensure excellent customer service. Schedule This position is typically scheduled Monday through Friday . Schedule and hours may vary based on the operational needs of the business and may occasionally require flexibility. Tools & Equipment A company-issued iPad and any necessary equipment will be provided to perform job responsibilities. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate is: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using technology and learning inventory management systems. Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently when needed.
