POSITION

Warehouse Supply Lead

REPORTS TO

Warehouse Supervisor Position Summary:

Must ensure efficient production and compliance with all company quality, safety, and good manufacturing practices policies and procedures. Essential Functions Responsible for placing and directing of inventory. Ensure that inventory is rotated by FIFO. Ensure that warehouse is organized, neat and clean. Work together to ensure product and materials received are accurate and arrive in a timely manner. Review and report any discrepancies to appropriate Supervisor. Assist with inbound, outbound, and internal shipments to ensure items are correct and handled in a timely manner. Assist with Inventory Verifications. Work with FLOs to ensure that all production lines are supplied with packaging and mixing materials. Communicate daily needs to other warehouses by running necessary shortage reports and requesting inventory. Ensure warehouse is always in audit ready condition with respect to housekeeping. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications (Education/Experience) 2 years continual minimum job-related experience. Strong computer skills including knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office and preferably SAP experience. Food Safety, PCQI, HACCP Certification or acceptable experience recommended.
