Today Job Description Join Our Team at North American Truck & Trailer, Inc.! Custom Truck Equipment of North Dakota is looking to hire a Cycle Counter. Job Summary The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, investigations of discrepancies, and coordination with warehouse and inventory teams. This role ensures inventory accuracy, supports operational efficiency, and helps prevent stock variances. Key Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts according to established schedules Verify physical inventory against system records Investigate, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies Report inventory variances and trends to management Ensure proper inventory handling, labeling, and storage practices Work closely with warehouse, receiving, and shipping teams to correct errors Assist with physical inventories and audits as required Maintain accurate count records and documentation Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or cycle counting preferred Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Ability to work in a warehouse environment (temperature variations, noise, etc.) Work Environment Warehouse / distribution center setting May require extended periods of standing and walking Preferred Skills (Optional) Forklift or pallet jack certification Experience with cycle counting methodologies (ABC counts) Knowledge of inventory accuracy metrics Benefits begin the 1st of the following month. 401(k) retirement plan with company match Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance Paid Vacation, Sick, and Holidays OEM Training Incentive for Parts & Service personnel Tool Reimbursement for service employees Tuition Reimbursement for service employees Discount on Parts/Labor and Vehicle Purchases Employee Referral Bonus Professional work environment To apply please contact email your resume to Cheryl.rierson@nattinc.com .
