Vehicle & Fleet Loading:
Review daily work orders to precisely pull parts, materials, and specialized water treatment tools to load field service vehicles.
Inventory Control:
Perform accurate inventory cycle counts, log stock levels, and organize incoming warehouse freight.
Supply Distribution:
Safely manage, load, and organize heavy operational consumables, including water filtration units and large volumes of salt bags.
Warehouse Maintenance:
Keep the entire facility clean, organized, safe, and fully compliant with company safety guidelines. Are You the Right Fit? This is a highly physical role that requires stamina and adaptability. We are specifically looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
All-Weather Resilience:
You must be willing and able to work in all weather conditions. This role requires moving between indoor warehouse zones and outdoor loading docks during heat, cold, rain, or snow.
Physical Strength:
You must be capable of regularly lifting, carrying, and maneuvering up to 50 lbs (such as heavy equipment and salt bags), including moving items up and down stairs or ramps.
Operational Dexterity:
Prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, and navigating tight storage layouts are required daily.
Technical Aptitude:
Strong attention to detail to match parts numbers, manage inventory sheets, and utilize basic tools or warehouse equipment.
The Basics:
