Calculating and entering PACE activity cards Reviewing automated transaction information in LM Manhattan Software Generating PACE reports for distribution to management Compiling various excel reports for distribution Other ad-hoc reporting as needed Filing old cards and reports

Qualifications:

Literacy and Numeracy skills Ability to work as part of a high-performance team Ability to work independently Acute attention to detail and highly organized Able to switch attention to tasks to address business needs Strong Communication/phone skills Must communicate with coworkers and supervisors Knowledge of PC programs, specifically Word processing and Excel Able to use basic office equipment such as a copy machine, fax machine and calculator 10-key data entry required by touch Must be able to work well with others Able to be cross trained in other departments 1 year data entry experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Sitting and working on a computer majority of the day. Must have the ability to stand and file old reports, cards, etc. for some portion of the day.
