Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various operational functions, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and customer service. This position requires a strong understanding of sales management and Automotive & Heavy Duty service processes, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist with order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Support sales management activities by maintaining customer relationships and providing exceptional service. Manage inventory control by tracking stock levels and assisting with restocking as needed. Utilize POS systems effectively to process transactions and maintain sales records. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance overall operational efficiency. Apply basic math skills for inventory management and sales reporting. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. We do not care how we get the parts (we have multiple distributors we deal with)we want to be a one stop shop we find the parts no matter the issue, there will be times when a lot of your day will consist of research to get part information to secure a sale! Qualifications Previous experience in sales or automotive service is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and inventory control systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory calculations. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
