Quality Assurance Pay:
$20.00•24.00/hour (depending on shift and experience)
Schedule:
Full-time, 40+ hours per week with overtime as needed. Multiple shifts available, including: 1st
Shift:
6:00 AM•2:30 PM 2nd
Shift:
2:30 PM•11:00 PM 3rd
Shift:
10:00 PM•6:30 AM Some departments also utilize 4-day/10-hour schedules during peak periods. Position Summary The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and product quality throughout the distribution center. This role investigates inventory discrepancies, performs cycle counts and audits, supports quality assurance, and uses warehouse management systems to ensure inventory integrity. The position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to safely operate material handling equipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Inventory Control Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycle counts. Maintain accurate inventory records throughout the warehouse. Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes. Resolve issues involving missing, damaged, misplaced, or overstock inventory. Perform inventory adjustments within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Monitor unavailable inventory and inventory exception reports. Assist with inventory reconciliation projects. Maintain inventory accuracy goals established by management
