Job Description

Job Overview LNB Commercial Capital is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Associate to support daily inventory tracking, supply management, and operational organization activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing office and operational supplies, and assisting with shipment and storage coordination. As a full-service boutique lender serving real estate investors and small business owners, LNB Commercial Capital values efficiency, organization, and professionalism in all aspects of its operations. Responsibilities Track, organize, and maintain inventory of office and operational supplies Receive and inspect incoming shipments and deliveries Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels Prepare materials and supplies for distribution or internal use Assist with labeling, sorting, and organizing storage areas Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies Coordinate with administrative and operations teams regarding supply needs Maintain clean and organized inventory and storage spaces Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous inventory, warehouse, or administrative support experience is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Basic computer and data entry proficiency Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift and move boxes or supplies when needed Reliable attendance and professional attitude
Pay:
$22.50 - $23.50 per hour
