Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Job Summary The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels within a food manufacturing facility. This role focuses on cycle counting, data entry, and inventory accuracy and does not require forklift operation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and proficient in Excel. Key Responsibilities Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Accurately read serial numbers and count materials and products Enter inventory data into internal systems with a high level of accuracy Work closely with the Stockroom Clerk and follow daily direction as assigned Assist with picking and packing activities as needed Support inventory organization and stockroom accuracy Required Skills & Qualifications Basic math skills with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to accurately read and verify serial numbers Prior experience with inventory control and cycle counting Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a food manufacturing or regulated production environment Background in data entry, production stocking, or stockroom operations Why Join Our Team? Work Environment This position is based in a food manufacturing facility and operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM . The Inventory Associate works closely with the Stockroom Clerk and supports inventory functions within the maintenance department. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Swedesboro, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
