part-time About Brew Brew Watch Co. is an independent New York watch brand founded in 2015. We design retro-inspired chronographs and timing watches. Originally built around espresso culture - and sell them direct to a global community of enthusiasts, plus a small group of retail partners in New York, Tokyo, Bangkok, and Prague. We're a lean team, we ship worldwide, and every watch that leaves our office has been checked by our team. The role You'll be working alongside our QC & Inventory lead. When watches arrive from our manufacturing partners, you make sure each one is flawless, correctly assembled with its strap and accessories, and packaged to the standard our customers expect before it goes to fulfillment. This is hands-on, detail-driven work with physical product. What you'll do Inspect incoming watches for cosmetic and functional defects (dial, hands, case, crystal, crown/pusher action, movement running, strap and buckle) Log defects and set aside units for return or repair, following our QC checklist Fit straps, add accessories, and pack watches into retail packaging with inserts, warranty cards, and hang tags Keep packaging components (boxes, inserts, cards, straps) stocked and organized; flag low inventory to the Logistics Manager Support launch weeks and holiday volume, when several hundred units can land at once Maintain accurate counts as units move from received ? QC'd ? packaged ? ready to ship Keep the workspace clean and organized; watches are small, expensive, and easy to scratch Who we're looking for Obsessively detail-oriented - you notice a hairline scratch or a misaligned index that most people would miss Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work and able to stay careful at unit 200 as at unit 1 Reliable. Our schedule is built around delivery dates; showing up when scheduled is non-negotiable Organized and able to keep simple records accurately (a spreadsheet or inventory app) Able to sit or stand for extended periods and handle small components with care Interest in watches, design, or well-made objects is a real plus; prior experience isn't required - we'll train you Schedule & details 20-25 hours per week, weekday shifts at our Hoboken office (a few minutes from the PATH) Start date: mid-October 2026 $22-25/hour depending on experience Path to full-time as our volume grows - we're building this role to expand How to apply Apply through with a short note on why this kind of work suits you.
