$17.00 per hour Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts, staging materials for production, and ensuring inventory movements are properly tracked. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a reach truck and using RF scanners in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently. Count, track, and maintain accurate inventory levels of ingredients and packaging materials. Stage materials for production and warehouse operations. Utilize RF scanners to receive, move, and manage inventory. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Ensure materials are organized and stored properly. Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs as needed. Qualifications Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred. Experience operating a reach truck is required. Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management processes. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more regularly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
