PM Job Description:

NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital is seeking a Materials Processor to support supply chain operations. This role is responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing medical supplies and equipment to various hospital departments while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments from carriers Compare purchase orders with received items to ensure accuracy Stock, organize, and maintain inventory in storerooms Prepare and deliver supply carts to nursing units and departments Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed Distribute medical supplies and equipment across hospital departments Pack and ship returned items for credit, exchange, or repair Handle and transport hazardous materials following safety protocols Maintain records, logs, and supply documentation Utilize hospital computer systems for inventory tracking Provide excellent service to hospital staff and departments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required Stockroom and receiving experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively with hospital staff Experience with Lawson system preferred #
