This role involves performing regular cycle counts, reconciling stock discrepancies, managing inbound and outbound inventory movements via RF scanners, and ensuring the Warehouse Management System (WMS) reflects real-time stock levels.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Tracking & Auditing Conduct daily cycle counts and periodic full-physical inventory audits according to schedule. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies (e.g., missing stock, misallocated items, damaged goods). Audit inbound receipts and outbound shipments for quantity, lot control, and part-number accuracy. Track damaged, returned, or quarantine inventory and process scrap or vendor returns (RMA) as instructed. System Data & Scanning Operations Utilize RF handheld scanners and the WMS to log stock locations, item transfers, and adjustments. Ensure proper bin/rack labeling and maintain correct location tracking for all SKUs. Generate and analyze daily/weekly inventory reports for management.
