Key Responsibilities Pick & Gather:

Read pick sheets, digital scanners, or work orders to accurately pull materials, parts, or products from warehouse inventory.

Kit Assembly:

Unpack, count, sort, and assemble individual items into specific kits or bundles according to standardized instructions.

Quality & Accuracy:

Inspect items for defects, damage, or correct part numbers before packing. Ensure kit counts match work order specifications exactly.

Packaging & Labeling:

Properly package finished kits in designated bags, boxes, or containers, and accurate labels, barcodes, and documentation.

Inventory Control:

Maintain precise inventory records by using Handheld RF Scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to log completed kits and update stock levels.

Replenishment:

Monitor stock levels in the kitting area and request material replenishment to ensure continuous workflow.

Workspace Maintenance:

Keep the kitting station, aisles, and work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with warehouse safety rules.

Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors, inventory teams, and assembly staff to resolve discrepancies or stock shortages.
