HOURS:
Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 4pm Primary Objective The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain accurate inventory through daily cycle counting, inventory verification, and timely adjustments within the ERP system. This position is designed to improve inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations by ensuring that inventory records match physical inventory. Shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties are secondary responsibilities and will be assigned as needed. Primary Responsibilities (Highest Priority)
  • Perform daily cycle counts throughout the warehouse.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Verify physical inventory against ERP records.
  • Process inventory adjustments in the ERP system after verification.
  • Maintain accurate inventory locations.
  • Support inventory organization and product identification.
  • Assist with inventory audits.
  • Identify recurring inventory problems and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with warehouse personnel to resolve inventory issues. Secondary Responsibilities
  • Assist with shipping customer orders.
  • Receive incoming inventory.
  • Stock warehouse shelves.
  • Pick and pack orders.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse.
  • Assist with general warehouse operations. Computer Skills (Required)
  • Strong computer skills are required.
  • Ability to learn and use the ERP inventory system.
  • Microsoft Excel.
  • Microsoft Outlook.
  • UPS/FedEx shipping software.
  • Barcode scanning systems.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are more important than speed. Preferred Experience
  • Cycle counting.
  • Inventory control.
  • Warehouse inventory management.
  • ERP systems.
  • Distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift operation. Personal Characteristics

  • Independently perform daily cycle counts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Make inventory adjustments in the ERP system.
  • Identify inventory discrepancies before they affect customers.
  • Support shipping and receiving when needed.
