Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Ingredient Coordinator to support daily operations in our fast-paced beverage manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for receiving and managing ingredients, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring production materials are properly prepared and documented. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience with inventory systems, and the ability to work collaboratively across warehouse and production teams. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming ingredient shipments for accuracy and quality. Prepare ingredients for receiving, including proper labeling and tagging. Coordinate inbound and outbound ingredient shipments with vendors, carriers, and internal teams. Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and routine inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy. Create and manage production assemblies in NetSuite to support manufacturing schedules. Maintain organized storage of ingredients using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices where applicable. Collect, organize, and maintain required receiving and ingredient documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Bills of Lading (BOLs), and other quality records. Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure ingredients are available when needed. Identify inventory discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory and receiving issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company safety and food safety procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing, preferably within the food or beverage industry. Experience using NetSuite ERP is strongly preferred. Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively. Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and unit conversions. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in food or beverage manufacturing. Knowledge of inventory control best practices and warehouse receiving procedures. Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards.
