Job Description
SHASHI Jewelry is looking for a hands-on Fulfillment & Operations Associate to support daily order fulfillment, shipping, packaging inventory, and general office supply management. This person will help keep products moving accurately and efficiently across the business. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and fulfill customer and wholesale orders accurately. Prepare shipments and coordinate with shipping carriers. Track and maintain packaging inventory, including boxes, mailers, labels, bags, and supplies. Monitor office supply needs and reorder as needed. Help organize product, packaging, and fulfillment areas. Support receiving, counting, labeling, and organizing inventory. Communicate fulfillment issues or supply shortages quickly. Assist with ad hoc operations tasks as needed. Qualifications Prior fulfillment, warehouse, retail operations, or inventory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized. Comfortable with repetitive hands-on work. Able to lift and move boxes as needed. Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced small business environment. Experience with shipping platforms, inventory systems, or Shopify is a plus.
