Location:

New York, NY (SoHo) + occasional trips to Brooklyn warehouse

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 2:00 pm•7:00 pm (approx. 25 hours/week)

Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to manage the processing and organization of returned items from events. This role focuses on maintaining accurate, clean, and well-organized inventory. It is not just about moving items — it's about keeping the system structured and communicating any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Process returned items from events (decor, trays, stands, etc.) Inspect items for damage or missing pieces Place items back in correct storage locations in an organized and consistent manner Maintain clean and structured inventory areas Communicate clearly with Inventory Manager and Operations Director regarding: Damaged or broken items, Missing items, Newly received items Support occasional packing needs for upcoming events Assist with loading/unloading items for transport to Brooklyn warehouse when needed

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Reliable and punctual Physically able to lift and move items as needed Prior warehouse, stockroom, or inventory experience preferred Valid driver's license is a plus (not required)
