In this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling our computer RAM inventory—from receiving and grading incoming stock to testing components and packing outbound orders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in computer hardware or e-commerce fulfillment to gain hands-on experience. While this position begins with a focus on inventory and fulfillment, we are looking for a candidate who wants to grow. For the right individual, this role can expand in the future to include customer service responsibilities, account management, and additional operational duties.

Key Responsibilities Receiving & Logging:

Accept incoming shipments of RAM, verify quantities against purchase orders, and accurately log items into our inventory system.

Grading & Inspection:

Perform visual inspections of memory modules to determine their physical condition and grade.

Hardware Testing:

Safely slot and test RAM using our diagnostic tools and testing benches to verify performance and functionality.

Order Fulfillment:

Pick inventory, securely pack delicate electronic components, and prepare outgoing customer orders for daily shipping.

Workspace Management:

Keep the testing stations and packing areas organized, clean, and properly stocked with shipping materials. Qualifications Basic familiarity with computer hardware is highly preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling sensitive components and processing orders. Ability to work efficiently and independently in a hands-on office/warehouse environment. Basic computer literacy for logging inventory, printing shipping labels, and operating testing software. Willingness to learn and potentially take on customer service tasks in the future. Must be able to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 25 lbs.

Schedule Hours:

Up to 20 hours per week.

Days:

2 to 4 days a week (Flexible scheduling available within standard business hours).

Location:

100% on-site at our office in Pelham, NY. Candidates must have a reliable commute.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 20.0 per week
