This role is central to keeping our order pipeline, pre-pack inventory, and vault operations accurate, organized, and compliant. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between order processing, inventory counts, labeling, and hands-on packaging work, and takes pride in getting the details right. What You'll Do Order Fulfillment Create Trello cards for incoming orders and manage them through completion Create job tickets from the trading platform Count items and assemble orders accurately Check outgoing orders for accuracy before they ship Stage completed orders for delivery personnel Inventory & Pre-Pack Management Maintain accurate counts for pre-packaged products and make deductions when pre-packs are used to fulfill orders Organize pre-packaged products and vault space Tag and manage inventory Unload and conduct inventory on incoming shipments of processed goods Submit brands for state approval Compliance & Labeling Conduct compliance testing Design and print labels for the packaging department Label packages in accordance with compliance standards Packaging & Production Support Work in the packaging and trim department as needed Clean totes and work areas What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, packaging, or order fulfillment preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when counting and reconciling inventory Comfortable using digital tools such as Trello, METRC, and trading/inventory platforms Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods - this can be a very physically intensive job requiring regular moving of heavy totes Ability to work in secure/vault environments and follow chain-of-custody procedures Ability to use hand scales and printers Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Outlook and Excel Ability to perform under pressure and meet expectations for tight turnarounds Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with the sales team Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check as required by state regulations Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $19.00/hour Full-time, on-site position at our Akron, OH facility Hands-on training across fulfillment, compliance, and packaging operations Opportunity to grow within a fast-moving team How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and brief cover letter
