Overview Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Cycle Counter and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels through meticulous cycle counting processes. Your proactive approach will ensure our stock records are precise, supporting seamless order fulfillment and efficient warehouse management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of materials handling equipment and develop expertise in inventory management within a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory across the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and consistency in stock records. Use RF scanners and manual counting techniques to verify quantities of materials, parts, and products. Operate heavy equipment such as Order Pickers. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to resolve discrepancies and update inventory data promptly. Follow safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards during all manual handling and heavy equipment operations. Maintain detailed records of cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and discrepancies for audit purposes. Requirements Proven experience in cycle counting, warehouse distribution, inventory management, or related warehouse operations. Willing to learn to operate order pickers and other heavy equipment safely. Familiarity with inventory, order picking, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling techniques. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to safety guidelines. Proficiency with RF scanners and basic math skills for accurate counting and data entry. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Previous warehouse supervisor experience is a plus but not required; a strong background in warehouse operations is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Shift availability: Overnight Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred)
