Topicz is a premier convenience store distribution company that has a rich history dating back to 1926. We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented and dependable Returns Processor to join our team! This role is responsible for accurately processing returned merchandise, maintaining inventory, and coordinating interdepartmentally to ensure compliance with returns processes. This is a first shift, full-time role. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Warehouse Returns Processor Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming return requests in a timely manner Accurately classify, sort, and document returned products Use data management systems and RF scanners to track returned items Inspect and verify labeling and packaging of all returned merchandise Recommend relocation of stock as needed based on product condition and inventory needs Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and accurate returns handling Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist with stock inquiries Follow all company safety protocols and procedures Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by supervisors

Warehouse Returns Processor Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Physical ability to bend, stretch, reach, stoop, walk, and stand for 8+ hours per shift Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
