The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately stocked. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Duties Accurately stock products according to specifications and quality standards. Able to perform tasks accurately Must be detail-oriented Able to stay organized, on task, and work independently Able to use scanners and navigate assigned functions Check merchandise & inventory, inspect for damage, verify counts and load into bins and shelves Must be able to utilize pallet jacks as needed; complete appropriate pre-trip/post-trip inspection and maintenance paperwork Meet and maintain accuracy of production goals Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce both individually and as part of a team Comply with federal, state, local, OSHA, and company policies, procedures, and regulations Perform all other duties and/or work in other departments of work location as assigned Maintain an organized packing area to ensure efficiency and safety. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate packing operations. Assist with inventory control by tracking packed items and reporting discrepancies. Handle heavy lifting of products as required, adhering to safety protocols. Support warehouse operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the packing area. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus. Strong understanding of inventory control practices is beneficial. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors is essential.
