Summary:
Support inventory control and quality assurance within a data center warehouse environment. Perform kitting and returns processing (RMA) with a strong focus on accuracy. Utilize warehouse systems and technology to track and manage inventory. Contribute to maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and product quality.
Responsibilities:
Assemble product kits based on detailed specifications and customer requirements. Verify accuracy and completeness of components within each kit. Maintain organized inventory and track shortages or discrepancies. Process returned merchandise (RMA), including inspection and documentation. Use RF scanners, laptops, and warehouse management systems to manage inventory. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inventory and quality issues.
Requirements:
Desired Work Experience:
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or returns processing preferred. Experience using RF scanners or handheld devices is a plus.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical training is a plus.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong computer skills required. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Monday•Thursday (8:00 PM•6:30 AM)
D Shift:
Thursday & Friday (6:00 AM•2:30 PM), Saturday & Sunday (6:00 AM•6:30 PM)
E Shift:
Thursday & Friday (10:00 PM•6:30 AM), Saturday & Sunday (6:00 PM•6:30 AM)
Working Conditions:
Warehouse/data center environment Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and movement throughout the shift
