Full-Time (temp-to-hire) | $21.00•23.50/hr (Depending on Shift) We are hiring Inventory/Quality Control Associates for a global logistics company in New Albany, OH. These are temp-to-hire positions Job description: Looking for a hands-on job with great pay and steady, full-time hours? Join our team as a Inventory/Quality Control Associate. We are seeking computer proficient, tech-savvy, reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Inventory / Quality Control Associates inside a clean & modern warehouse/data center environment. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly is required. This is a job where you will be on your feet and moving the majority of the day! Kitting Duties Assemble product kits according to specifications and customer requirements Verify accuracy and completeness of kit components Maintain organized workstations and inventory locations Track and report inventory shortages or discrepancies Use RF scanners, laptops, and warehouse management systems RMA / Returns Processing Duties Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise Evaluate products for defects, damage, or incorrect items Accurately document returns in warehouse management system Coordinate with Customer Service and Quality teams to resolve issues Qualifications and Skills Strong computer and data entry skills Experience using RF scanners and handheld devices preferred Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or returns experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout shifts High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and build a long-term career in logistics and operations.

Thursday & Friday (6:00 AM•2:30 PM), Saturday & Sunday (6:00 AM•6:30 PM)
E Shift:
Thursday & Friday (10:00 PM•6:30 AM), Saturday & Sunday (6:00 PM•6:30 AM)
Pay:
$21.00•$23.50 per hour
