Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read work instructions, packing slips, purchase orders, and inventory records. Basic computer skills with the ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and handheld scanners. Experience Requirements Previous experience in warehouse, receiving, inventory control, shipping, material handling, or logistics preferred. Experience using RF scanners, WMS, ERP systems, or inventory tracking software is a plus. Experience operating pallet jacks, carts, or other material handling equipment preferred. Strong work history demonstrating reliability, productivity, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and inventory management skills. Ability to identify discrepancies, damaged materials, and inventory issues accurately. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for up to 8 hours per shift. Frequently lift, carry, push, and move materials throughout the workday. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and moving throughout the facility regularly. Job Duties Execute daily warehouse and receiving tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Production Coordinator. Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and inventory records. Inspect incoming inventory for damage, accuracy, and quality concerns; document and report discrepancies. Label, sort, stage, and organize inventory for storage or further processing. Accurately enter receiving transactions into warehouse management and inventory systems. Utilize

WMS, ERP

systems, and RF scanners to track inventory movements and transactions. Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy standards. Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
