Job Description
Surestaff (parent company to Cardinal Staffing) is partnered with an inventory auditing company through the United States. As an Inventory Auditor, you'll visit gas stations and convenience stores to perform accurate inventory counts and report results to store managers. Work includes freezers, coolers, stockrooms, and the sales floor. Commute is in addition to your workday; teams must arrive on-site by 6 AM, so some days you may leave as early as 3 AM.

What You'll Do Conduct physical inventory counts inside gas stations and convenience stores using a 10-key counting device. Work across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers. Identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and submit accurate daily audit reports to store managers. Carpool daily with your team to dynamic job sites across the region.Schedule & Travel Details Kickoff Time:
Official store audit kickoff is typically 7:00 AM (departures can be as early as 3:00 AM - 4:00 AM depending on distance to the first store location).Weekly Hours:
Total work time (in-store auditing + paid travel) averages 36-42 hours per week.Daily Travel:
Travel to 1-3 store locations daily within a 3-hour radius of Toledo, OH. What We're Looking For Valid Driver's License, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation (driving & carpooling rotation required). Ability to pass background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening. Physical stamina to stand, bend, squat, use short step-ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cold environments (coolers/freezers). Early risers who thrive in hands-on, active roles.
