We are looking for a dependable Inventory Clerk to join a medical facility in Warren, Ohio on a Contract basis. In this onsite role, you will help keep essential supplies available by organizing stock, restocking patient areas, and supporting accurate inventory control. This position is well suited for someone who works carefully, stays organized, and can keep pace in an active healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Track supply quantities across the facility and help maintain appropriate stock levels for daily operations.
• Refill patient rooms and assigned storage locations with needed items in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform routine counts of inventory and assist with keeping records up to date.
• Arrange and organize supplies so materials remain easy to access, orderly, and ready for use.
• Identify shortages, damaged items, or other supply concerns and communicate them to the appropriate staff.
• Follow established procedures for handling, storing, and stocking inventory within the medical setting.
• Move and distribute supplies throughout the facility to support patient care and departmental needs.
• Previous experience in inventory control, stocking, warehouse support, or a similar supply-focused role is preferred.
• Exposure to a hospital, clinic, or other healthcare environment is an advantage.
• Ability to lift, carry, and restock supplies throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in counts and replenishment tasks.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Dependable work habits and comfort working in a fast-moving onsite setting.
