Job Description

Overview Southern Ohio Botanicals is a fast-growing, state-licensed cannabis dispensary focused on compliance, efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Fulfillment Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Accurately pull, package, and verify customer orders Double-check product labels, weights, and compliance details Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies Follow all state regulations and company SOPs Work closely with budtenders and management to ensure smooth workflow Maintain a clean, organized fulfillment area Operate POS and inventory systems as trained
Requirements :
Must be 21+ years old High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Comfortable working under camera surveillance Preferred (but not required): Previous fulfillment or inventory experience Experience in a regulated industry What We're Looking For Accuracy over speed Dependability and punctuality Ability to follow structured procedures Team player mindset Strong work ethic Schedule Expectations Weekend availability required Flexible scheduling available Evening shifts
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
